Torres has made 33 appearances for the full Panama national football team, including qualifying matches for the 2006 FIFA World Cup and 2010 FIFA World Cup. He made his debut at the 2005 CONCACAF Gold Cup against South Africa on July 17, 2005. He also made three appearances the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup. Had a one game trial with West Ham's Development Squad side against a Gillingham XI behind closed doors at Upton Park 24th January 2012
